Definitely fails to cater to the micro/macro crowd, but it feels a bit more fitting with the "at will" part of the request.

Made this design in another thread, figured I should post it here.
The Pokemon is called Terapholent and it's a Grass/Fire type Pokemon.
It would have a new ability called Fueled Power that can power up its Fire or Grass type moves depending on how much it uses them during a battle. It'll also change forms at max bonus.

Request: A line of Fire/Bug Scorpions with a military theme. Their stingers uses fire instead of poison, being more like flamethrowers than actual scorpion stingers. Bonus points if you make the final stage look like a grizzled soldier.

I know the progression seems kind of drastic, but it's more of a remoraid -> Octillery thing, with it being more about a teabag -> iced tea pitcher/teapot than the actual animals.
An elephant seemed like a logical choice for the teapot and I couldn't really think of anything else that would fit with a pitcher besides some kind of arctic bird.
With all that being said, I have to go for now, but it's still very much a work in progress and I'm open to suggestions for how to make the evolutions seem a little more coherent

I did this little guy for the savana fakamon thread. He is based off the Kirk’s Dik-Dik, which is the smallest of the antelope. I might change the name over to Flitalope from Flit Flik but I still haven't decided.

The wings are tacked on. I realise that it's part of the idea, but since it will always look like a horse with dragonfly wings simply stuck onto its back, I'd try to make the transition smoother. Either add more bug-like segments to the back or let the wings be directly connected like bird wings.
Also to avoid the segmented feel, I'd make the fur on the legs without the line seemingly cutting it off. If you did that for colouring reasons, there are other ways to do that.

Basically, a fairy/ghost Pokemon who tries to hug people, and subsequently chokes them to death.
The Hidden Ability works like this: Imagine Clingmono wrapping itself around its target, and splitting all damage received 50/50. The target would also be unable to receive direct damage and would be slowed, but they'd still be able to attack. Obviously, Clingmono would be unable to use any moves for the duration of wrap/bind.
What we're left with is a niche kind of Pokemon like Wobbuffet who can trap a Pokemon of their choice in the battlefield while dealing damage directly and indirectly while forcing the opponent to attack themself. It would probably see most of its use in double battles. Their signature moves would be Bind/Wrap, or maybe even a new move could be invented entirely for this evolution line.

When I was designing the hugging Pokemon, I was originally going to make it more sinister with the idea if a vengeful spirit being the focus if the Pokemon. Obviously this didn't translate well of Fairy type Pokemon so I made it a bit cuter.
All I can really say is research, plan, and don't be afraid of starting over. It took me 5 hours before I went with a finalized design that I was happy with.
