You're not supposed to care about these blank slate protagonists, they're representations of you, they're SUPPOSED to be you. They're not their own characters because they are the player. I think all protagonists before Gen V are around 13.

I see the Gen V protagonists as 15 years old at least, so the protagonists of BW would be 17 by B2W2, while Nate, Rosa, and Hugh would be 15.

Then the Gen VI kids would be 14 (Trevor) to 16 (the rest).
