Garchomp, you just gotta believe in your pokemon.
It's funny about the miss thing; switching Garchomp into Draco Meteor w/ Sand Veil in the Sand is the most enjoyable thing I've done in a while, except when it connects hue. For Gyarados, I put max speed + jolly because it can outspeed even Timid Jolteon, and with each kill it'll become stronger. SubIntimidate Gyara is neat, but the rest of the team is slow or gets slower minus Gengar. Also I couldn't put bounce since no tutor ;_; so settled for fang.
I did consider energy ball for gengar, but I put it to the test first.

Since I don't have much for that bastard thing, Sludge Bomb's going to have to do it. Hopefully everyone I fight carries physically defensive Rotom, you know?

I wasn't sure about Brave Bird or Taunt either. Brave Bird also causes recoil damage, but taunt lets it stop people from boosting or setting hazards, but then again, whirlwind does that first thing better. It's a hard choice.

I think as long as you don't let Ttar die too early then you should be ok. He adds a lot to the team with sandstorm and helping make half of your team a bit bulkier, and weakneing stuff for gyarados to get moxie boost and could help shut down other weather teams.
With your team being so bulky it can make it easier to pass wishes too them as well.

After jewing these threads for a while now, I finally have something to give back.
All of these Pokemon are 5IVs, with the missing IV random. If you want a specific IV missing, let me know and I'll see what I can do. All Pokemon are in standard balls, sorry, balltists.
Abra - 4 Modest (1F, 3M), 10 Quiet (1F, 9M)
Slowpoke - A lot. Some Bold, a few Quiet, most Relaxed. Some with hidden ability Regenerator with Relaxed nature only. Some might have a 0 Speed IV for you Trick Room users.

Personally, I like Pursuit on Ttar ans it's a coin toss between EQ/SE/Tbolt then for the 4th move (the other 2 are Flamethrower and Ice Beam)

Also, the extra bulk will help it to live and receive wishes. I agree with you on aromatherapy and safe guard. I can also see the use for lum berry but I don't think I like it. I guess it just depends. Lum berry could help it pull off a sweep without being forced to switch out. I don't know I guess I'm just biased for bulky gyarados.

Tyranitar, my problem was that people don't switch out of it; that's why I stopped using Pursuit. They try to chip away at it's health unless they're locked into a psychic move, which never happens anymore. I could do crunch but Thunderbolt is neat for catching Gyarados who try to dragon dance on me.
So I used Tbolt for that sexy boltbeam coverage
Gengar's focus blast is for Tyranitar actually, and normal types not named blissey/chansey.
252 SpA Life Orb Gengar Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Tyranitar in Sand: 307-364 (75.9 - 90%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
So it can pick it off if it's been damaged a little.
Gengar, oddly enough, has been the weakest link in my team so far; it rarely manages to get a kill, it's a shame. I might replace it.
Gyarados has issues as well, although I'm never outsped by anything after a single dragon dance lol. As

Florges/Skarmory core works pretty well to be honest, but I don't often get stealth rock up, it's tough. I'm tempted to do Florges/Jellicent/Ferrothorn, since they all cover each other's weaknesses really, really well. Jellicent can do burns and absorb scalds, Ferrothorn can hazards, and Florges is the medic.
Suddenly remembered why I had Garchomp's SpAtk EVs.
32 SpA Mega Garchomp Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Skarmory: 256-302 (76.6 - 90.4%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
Gyarados could still easily be the third sweeper, but I need to work it's EVs up a bit. I'll miss gengar and it's great coverage, but for now i'll give up the ghost.
