Venushell's pretty creepy. Charizen's alright, not bad but not outstanding, don't know what you would change though. The Haunter hands on Blastound are kinda random and dumb. I'm really not sure what you're going for.

I'm not the biggest fan of the Charizard, maybe if it had biceps for wings or something to make it more muscley.
The other thing that confuses me, is the triangle you have going is Ghost Fighting and Psychic, but isnt ghost super effective against psychic as well as not effected by fighting? Maybe make it Dark instead of psychic?
I really like this whole concept and am excited to see more.
