If a pokemon gains the Electric type while paralyzed, does it cure it?

What's the rarest possible pokemon? Best I could come up with is 3rd gen shiny Mew with 4 Gale of Darkness tutor moves

What happens if two Pokemon with weather-inducing abilities appear simultaneously in a battle? Which ability overrides the other? I cannot find an answer to this question

The Pokemon that is slower will have their weather effect be the one that happens.

I have played all the main series games at their release since the age of 6. I m 22 now. I have also watched all 16 movies and some anime episodes (about 250-300). Would you start the manga if you were me?
