If he's a lead he takes out most entry hazard layers, but he still gets a hell of a chunk taken out if he switches into it, he loses his 4x weakness to rock but can be hit by earthquake, and Mega Blastoise was designed pretty much exclusively to kill him with a beefed Dragon Pulse it seems.
