Hey /vp/.
I just bred one of these little guys, but I tried to get it with Hidden Power Ice.
After spending time on this, I still can't understand why anyone thinks IVs are a good game mechanic.

I can only hope that you're right.
The Helioptile I hatched isn't even perfect, it would have 0 Attack IVs if I felt like sinking another hour into it.
