Why would they add Challenge Keys to BW2 and remove them from XY? And why did this only come in Gen 5 as a post game unlockable? It should e available from the start

For me, the worst part of restarting any pokemon game is the handholding at the start. The Pokeball tutorials, the person showing you what a pokemon centre is, it's awful. There should be an option to say that you have played a pokemon game before.
