It surprised me to learn that all Eeveelutions were designed by the same person. One thing I liked about the original three is that they retain Eevee-like traits modified to their element (neck ruff for example becomes spiky in Jolteon, a frill in Vaporeon, and a fiery mane in Flareon) and the same eyes. Sylveon just looks so drastically different when you put it next to the others.

Trapinch is the larval form.
Vibrava is the freshly emerged nymph.
Flygon is the fully matured adult.
Trapinch isn't even Bug type though, just bug-like.
