I think the only ones that need to be fixed are Flareon, Glaceon, and Leafeon.

Flareon has decent coverage in Flare Blitz and Superpower. His/her main problem is stat distribution. Obviously that some of that Special Attack could go to either speed or HP. Wild Charge for additional coverage and Morning Sun (Espeon gets it, why doesn't Flareon get it) for recovery would be nice as well.
Glaceon has the same problem as Flareon alongside a pretty barren special movepool. It's nice GF gave him/her mirror coat but with that low HP stat it doesn't do much good. Perhaps they can take some points (not too many) from each of his/her defenses and put it in HP. Freeze Dry would be a given here as well as access to Earth Power as
