I thought Pokemon Glazed was okay despite the shitty plot and dialogue. The graphics work nicely so it doesn't look like shit, the mons aren't unbalanced, and it's not too hard.
Pokémon Golden Sun is also fantastic. It's Pokémon Gold, except it uses FireRed's game engine. It's actually really well made. Only problem is that it's hard trying to find an English version, instead only the Japanese version shows up.
