>>18982923No, because chances are in the course of obtaining the knowledge of this event the wizard knows beforehand whether you'll make it to the Pokemon world or not, and thus can choose whether to tell you about it or not.
If the wizard knows that the jump will work and is a morally good wizard, there'd be no point in telling you the odds, he'd just tell you that you could either jump and be in the Pokemon world or stay behind. No use telling people they're going to be paralyzed.
The only reason to give people odds in this situation is to entice people with the chance that it might succeed even though the wizard would likely know that you won't make it. Thus the question is really a test of who's dumb enough to jump off of a building in blind faith that they'll get to the Pokemon world. There's no incentive for the wizard to help you live out your fantasy anyways, so why should they care about giving you a fair chance at going to the Pokemon world?
tl;dr: Wizards are dicks and no one should trust them when it comes to something like this.
