but, I prefer just pure Sp attack, which is the choice in cases like Electricity; if you see:

Raichu's speed: 110 (299 in absolute neutral terms, 328 with proper nature)
Pikachu's Speed: 90 (279 in absolute neutral terms, 306 with proper nature)
As we see, slight 20 point difference, very arguable.
On the other hand:
Attack 229, Sp Attack 218 ---> 458, 436; on the other hand, Raichu with 300 with proper nature. ~150 points of difference.
Lastly, we're using here NFE Pokes against Big fishes, why bearing about Raichu at this point? lol
