EvioPory2 is solid, but dies to Knock Off, Snorlax has offensive presence but low Def, EvioChansey/Blissey has dat balk but no offensive presence (choose between stats vs Knock Off+weather survivability), Meloetta can take dual roles but lacks recovery and takes a while getting used to if you decide on switching forms. Miltank is only there because aside from M-Kanga, Arceus, or Regigias, it's your best bet to tank non-SE Physical Attacks while also coming with either Grass immune or Fire/Ice resist.
All the birds play the same role: Swellow hits the better speed tier but has no moves for opposing Rocks/Steels (except Steel Wing); Staraptor has power, good enough speed (100), and Close Combat, making it idea; Braviary has bulk and Superpower for coverage (bulk is notable since it's likely to be the second Fight resist your team has). Scarf Diggersby has amazing power and momentum, or can be played like an okay Azumarill with better coverage. Pyroar has Steel SE and speed, Heliolisk gives good neutral STABs with wide SE coverage and speed with Water immune, Meloetta-S requires turn setup, but can be good in many situations, Exploud has Scrappy Boomburst. Sawsbuck saw use in past mono-Normals for decent coverage and speed, while also being able to abuse Sun.
Ditto is Ditto. Smeargle for everything else your team lacks in move at the cost of using Smeargle. Wigglytuff for amusement, Fight neutrality, and boosting against Defoggers with Competitive for niche counter (however, it's in the wildcard slot for a reason). Regigigas is Regigigas, not sure if mono-Normal can fully support it the way it needs to, but despite Slow Start, it keeps its solid bulk and potential for more.
