Basically, if there are any trainers in the games you wish had better Pokemon, post about it here. Try to keep it limited to what Pokemon are available in the games they're in.

Here, I've given him an Eeveelution instead of the monkey, which would reference the rival from Yellow in a way. He'd also have more Pokemon that'll change depending on your starter, with newcomers Skarmory and Heracross being the only constants. He'd assemble this all by his match at Victory Road.
