GTS itself is flawed, you can clog it up by asking for event pokemon that can't be traded over the GTS.
Also search for scatterbug on the gts right now, what the fuck is going on? Some shitty raid?

a shit load of people have put up scatterbugs asking for gen 2 starters on the GTS. Also Event pokemon can't be traded so any trades asking for them is effectively spam.
