They should just let your pokemon have all the attacks he learns through any methods and make you select 4 of those for battle.

That way you shouldn't be farming Heart Scales for just trying out attacks combinations too. Shit is so tiring.

So just start the Battle Maison again.

You're not supposed to be able to retry a loss in a winning streak system like that. If you could, everyone would have perfect winning streaks and the entire thing would be meaningless. Deal with your failures, and learn from them.
