Nazi ideology was very focused on power and conflict, with the goal of ensuring the strongest came out on top. The existence of Pokemon wouldn't change that.
A bigger question is WHY there would be Nazis in the Pokemon World. Nazi's didn't pop out of holes in the ground, the Nazi party was formed in response to the social and political environment of the time.
