Or you can do the old Adamant Build with Sucker/Sneak/coverage

For some reason, Bank let me pass a Color Change Kecleon with Knock Off, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, and Drain Punch. It turned to Protean upon transfer.

I love it. Slap an Assault Vest on him.

Hey, I'm the dude who posted the image with the extra bytes on it earlier.
All I did was gen a Kec with Drain Punch, Shadow Sneak, sucker Punch and Ice Punch and set the extra byte to 1.
It has Color Change and when you transfer it over, it gains protean.
