Could just use Pokegen for your PC. There's a whole thread dedicated to the usage of it on /vp/ if you're confused. I don't know of any update for the Android application though. You can't gen 6th gen Pokemon though, not yet anyway.

Look it up on pirate bay and check it out for yourself. its just a REALLY good pokedex program, which can be changed for gen 3 - 5.

Pokedroid was discontinued by the developer due to complaints by Nintendo and Gamefreak so the apk only goes up to Pokemon Black and White and won't be updated for Kalos region. There is a free version of the app linked above but it has ads (they can be removed with Lucky Patcher)
