Have you ever used Swift Swim Kingdra? Shit's terrifying, Specs/Life Orb Hydro Pump or even Surf OHKOs nearly everything that doesn't resist it in rain, and has Draco Meteor to nuke anything that does. And it's nearly impossible to revenge kill because of how fast it is, plus it has some good bulk and only two weaknesses. Last gen it only had one weakness, and if Smogon and Pokemon Online hadn't implemented the Drizzle+Swift Swim clause it would have surely been banned for just how insane it was.
Critdra is just too slow.
