I don't remember the calcs, but does Feint make a difference? I mean, you can probably nail Talon if it's very weakened, but most of the time that isn't going to happen.

Op you want Hypercutter or mold breaker. Hypercutter if you want to dodge intimidate MB if you want to hit things with EQ before mega. Moxie is too risky and just plain not worth it for mega pinsir.

You should invest in speed just enough to out speed the biggest threats then shove the rest into Hp. Hp Investment has saved my ass.

The only difference it makes is that it can now hit Ghosts as well, which puts M-Pinsir in line with Sheer Cold users. But this give it no unique niche.

Aerilate Feint however is the only attack that can go through an Aegislash King's Shield, and opens it to attacks from your partner in doubles.
