For anyone interested, the format will look something like this.

There is no reason to not use Avalugg. It is amazing, physical attacks just don't work on it and it's your only defense against powerful normal-type attackers. If Gamefreak had made it any type that fucking ice it'd be amazing in non-inverse. Rocky Helm+Avalanche allows it to almost beat Mega Kangaskhan 1v1; it loses, but leaves mommy with about 20% health left.
