electro-water has only 2 weaknesses (gras and ground), and with levitate it removes one.
So the only one left is grass that none used since XY
Also great move pool.
I'm not that much of an expert tho

This, basically. There are two things that set the Rotom formes apart from the others, and Wash is the best at both.

There's a few, but they're all rather predictable, and you can just volt switch/normal switch out. It's not like with Ice Beam and Earthquake where every other Pokémon seems to learn it.

You could do a defensive one with Toxic/Confuse Ray and Chesto-Resto. And there's of course all kinds of shenanigans you can do with Trick.

So Zard-Y is the only good user, and it's pretty easy to escape since Wash can just Volt Switch out if it's a Scarf set. ChestoResto set could have a little trouble though

And that's why I always bring at least something that can kill this fucker. Seed bomb Breloom works fine, Lilligant gets the job done but needs at the very least one quiver dance. I think my favorite option here is bullet seed Cinccino.
