You'd be better of with ass vest conk than toxicroak. If you want speed, use terrakion or mienshao.
Use modest/bold on zapdos, take away that wave for roost, you're gonna need that if its your defogger, and houndoom is in charge of firepower anyway.
Also, use flamethrower/fire blast over heat wave, since that doesn't have the former's accuracy nor the latter's strength.
