It does over 50% to Hippowdon, 65-75 to SpDef Washing Machine and the same to Vaporeon. Almost every offensive check gets demolished after the speed boost. Be wary tho, you can't KO Keldeo, Terrakion and Garchomp 100% of the time so rocks are useful. The only moves set in stone are the fire stab and solar beam, you can use earth power, hidden power, ancient power, flash cannon, rocks and flame charge. It's more of a stand alone sweeper.
