Close Combat would be nice. Bolt Strike would be pretty good, too, but what it really needs is a buff to its base Speed.

I don't think anything has the coverage that Electivire does. Bait an electric attack and switch him in, and suddenly you have a pretty strong Pokemon that can get a super effective hit on more pokemon than not. I always use one.
