Metaknight, hands down. Garchomp was a meta as fuck pick, but Metaknight was banned in pretty much all casual battles.

Metaknight was banned in low level tournaments when Brawl was released. That ban was never in affect in high level play and has long since been removed anyways.
The only things that were really broken about Metaknight was that he got a shit-ton of priority on his tornado attack and could stay in his dimensional cape indefinably.

snake and melee falco / sheik are broken in the sense that they have 2 or 3 moves that make them stupidly good but are otherwise not that great

I actually am a tourneyfag, but I, and most other tourneyfags, will play casually in friendly battles. I main Link in Melee, and Roy in Project M. I want to get into Melee Jiggs and PM Lucas. Or P:M Duster. I plan to go Mega Man in Smash 4.
