What's the best/worst Pokémon movie, /vp/?
I've only seen the first three as a kid, but I clearly remember how awesome those were, especially the third.
Today I watched the one with Zoroark. Boy, what a disappointment.

Good tier: heroes, destiny deoxys, jirachi wishmaker, whatever the first one was called.

Meh tier: the johto based ones

Bad tier: the darkrai one I guess?

I like the first two, but the first four are the only ones I remember well.
I've only seen through the Hoenn ones, though. I remember liking the city design in Destiny Deoxys a lot.

Destiny Deoxys was good, Jirachi Wishmaker was also pretty good. My favorite was Heroes though. Most of the others are pretty subpar, but I stopped watching after the Darkrai one

I'm currently marathoning the series and movies after marathoning the BW series and movies

Mewtwo is really overrated, Mewtwo acts like a toddler the whole movie and the dub is HORRENDOUS. It's pretty cool still up until the godawful ending.

Lugia is overrated too but is actually pretty good with some awesome action. The story is one of the worst but the actual scenes are not bad overall.

Entei is my favorite so far, really good self contained story that's not about YOU R TEH CHOSEN ONE or about Ash casually saving the world for the hundredth time and then never mentioning it again. Great ending too and sick Charizard action.

Celebi sucks, the villain is edgy garbage, Celebi is annoying and the "twist" at the end is groan inducing. Easily the worst CGI of the series too, and that's saying something.

Heroes is really boring but looks good and has some cool chase scenes, Ash's interactions with Lati@s are interesting and the ending is touching.

Kyurem is even stupider fucking garbage, the Swords of Justice are really cool in the five minutes they get to do anything, the rest is focused on Keldeo who may be the single most annoying character in the entire anime, and you should know that's a significant achievement.

Genesect I can't even remember the plot of but I do remember it being fairly cool. Genesect and Mewtwo are both cool Pokémon, I don't get the point of making it a new Mewtwo though when there are already two Mewtwo movies that seem to perfectly set up the Mewtwo in this one.
