You know what? I wouldn't even mind as much but people have been screeching about it being confirmed for literally years at this point
and there is not 1 shred of actual, confirmed evidence. Not 1. I have never seen anyone make a decent argument about Hoenn being remade without resulting to straw man arguments like patterns (which don't even apply anymore since the pattern is broken and there is no evidence it will be going back to the way it was).
If there was even some kind of confirmation I wouldn't even care but there isn't, people are literally going on absolutely nothing.
It is total speculation and yet people still shove it down everyone's throats as fact just because they want it to be true so badly.
