Who is the strongest mega evolution?

I don't mean who face rolls all day. I mean if each mega had to fight every other mega 1v1, EVs / moves / natures can be adjusted to each battle, and would win?

It is a badly proposed question. Mega Tyranitar could probably easily defeat a ghost-type mega or Mega Mewtwo Y, but it would obviously be defeated by Mega Mewtwo X easily.

Not really, no. Also, since M-Scizor speed ties with you:

M-Scizor can just SD again on the first Destiny Bond to ensure the OHKO next turn, with a 50% chance to win the Speed tie and emerge unscathed. Physical Mega Lucario and M-Pinsir will also be able to one-shot Banette with priority after two SDs, and don't need to worry about Speed ties either.
