It's something that we all want, but improbable of happening.
Gamefreak would have to alter the entire leveling and experience system if they were going to implement this.

it felt like they wanted to implement those into the games but had no time to

a pokemon game whith all region should try to make those feel alive

With each new region that is created, that goal becomes more and more unlikely. Also GF still can even get 2 regions in one game right so I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.

One good region with a hearty postgame is always better, imo.
