Well, it still leaves you with a Base 150 HP, Base 100 Defense Normal-type. And unlike Regigigas, Slaking actually gets a good recovery move.

It's unfortunate that Flare Blitz is pretty bad on Flareon because shit HP.

Flareon needs something like Rock Head to make use of Flare Blitz.

What could also help it was if it gained Normal typing.

Can't deal with Jellicent or Heatran for instance but it'd wreck a lot of other things.
