Hey /vp/
I co-run a shop on Etsy with my mother as a side business. She crochets custom hats and I create 3d printed good, primarily cookie cutters. We've both found it's actually quite a profitable venture and are looking to expand. To give you an idea, I made almost $500 in a few weeks off of cookie cutters alone, and it only cost about $50 of plastic. Considering I can print them while I sleep or am at work, that's not bad.
I wanted to use some of my profit to re-invest in our shop so we can make even more money, so I bought a sewing machine. My mother used to sew all of the time (she made clothing, costumes, just about everything) but stopped because her old machine broke. She already has the new machine set up and is back in form. It amazes me how easily she can piece together fabric into a sum that is greater than its parts.
So, in short, we're getting ready to start making plushies to sell on our shop. Right now, we're waiting for some minky to arrive in the mail. I know the Pokemon fanbase has a large plushie market, but that's about it. I don't know which plushies are in demand, which plushies don't have official versions, etc.
So, can /vp/ help an anon out as I compile a list of patterns to create? I'm trying to find popular Pokemon that have a demand for quality plushies.
To be clear, this is not an advertisement for my shop. I did not and will not post a link for that reason alone. All I'm looking for is suggestions for plushies to create.
