Imagine if there were Move Tutors in the next game that encompass every single Move Tutor throughout the series, including old TMs that lost their TM status. And then bring newer Pokemon up to date with those older moves. So you'd get things like Toxic Heal Gliscor with Defog, for instance. Or No Guard Fissure Machamp, a move it could not learn since Gen I. Basically, every regular move that was once a TM or Move Tutor move would be up for grabs to every Pokemon compatible with said moves.

How much better would Pokemon fare? Who benefits the most?
