A guy that loudly proclaims that pokemon are a virus that has taken over the world, that he remembers the past when pokemon didn't exist, that he remembers them showing up out of nowhere, that he remembers "the war" and how they took over, and he remembers how everyone just gave up and forgot about it and just began to believe pokemon had been there since the beginning.
He could also claim that he comes from a small, closed off area, where pokemon haven't invaded, and he's here offering sanctuary for those willing to accept "the truth".
Present him as a tinfoil hat nut, or as a hyper-religious dick. Have him break the fourth wall and point out some inconsistencies in the pokemon world.
