Totally agree with this. I wish there was a way to make it more useful, like maybe eviolite or something, but it doesn't seem like a great user of it, the design is awesome and dragonite is so awful looking.

I like darmanitan, but it just doesn't work as a fair evolution to these guys. If only zen mode had been its default ability, of if they went with a more oni-like figure rather than just a flaming ape, I'd probably have liked it more.

dragonair -> dragonite is the classic example of how not to do evolution design.

Keep within a theme don't hype people first and then evolve into something completely different.

Small blue dragon evolves into a massive blue dragon... evolves in to a smaller YELLOW dragon that suddenly has a torso and limbs??

They could have at least made Dragonite look like this <-- (admittedly this is a fan-made mega but still...)
