Here are three online stores with Pokemon merch. I haven't bought anything from Sunnyshore, but here's what I can tell you about Pokevault and JVG

Pokevault:
>Pros
More merchandise
Store location is in Japan, meaning they get newer stuff quicker
>Cons
Really expensive
Takes a while for shipping

JVG:

Decent prices
Shipping doesn't take as long
They have a point system. Every time you make a purchase with JVG, you'll receive points for the products you purchase based on your total purchase amount. Those points can be used to save money on other purchases.
>Cons
Location is in California, meaning they don't get new stuff as much

Unrelated, but if I could have one Pokemon-related merchandise it would this giant Raikou plush.

I wish Plushies were softer and cuddlier... but every time I find some they're full of that hard cotton and stitched really tight. I want something that feels like a feather pillow. Or has those little balls inside.

Honestly, for just generally themed Pokemon things, I'd suggest etsy. I mean, it's obviously not merch, but some of the fanmade things really are well-made, and definitely unique.

Agreeing with these sites. I haven't bought from JapanVideoGames, but here are my thoughts on Sunyshore and PokeVault

Cheaper, but you have to wait for your order to be picked up from the Pokemon Center. Expect to wait several days before your stuff is shipped.

More expensive, but amazing stock and customer service. The owner's a really pleasant person to talk to. Packages are shipped almost immediately. With regular airmail, my orders always arrive within a week.

I'd take PokeVault over Sunyshore any day, the extra bucks are worth it
I also recommend Animeraro (US-based), they're pretty good
