>>19092598Hey, the DLC part of the mystery dungeon was shit but the main game was actually pretty ok. It wasn't great like PMD1&2, but it wasn't shit by any means. I'd say it's especially impressive considering the circumstances: the company merging with another early in development, having to code an entirely new engine on new hardware (and making it nearly glitchless at that), having to make all new 3d art assets for everything since X&Y wasn't out yet, and then being rushed near the end with the impending release of X&Y in Japan. Hell, they didn't even have the advantage of releasing slightly after the next gen did like PMD1 got to.
Now that they have all the art assets though, a very well made 3ds mystery dungeon engine, and an entire gen's time worth to make the next game, you can be damn sure that Gen VI mystery dungeon will be nearly as good if not better than PMD2.
