As you can see, it's just Ranger games and the odd Wi-Fi event, though they haven't done any such events recently.
I would see if anyone here's willing to trade one to you or try and seek one out on the GTS.
Or, of course, you could just PokéGen one and transfer it.

I don't think they EXIST on the GTS! See for yourself! Try to search it and "No search result was found."! Isn't that wild? I've seen other Event legendaries all over the GTS, but not Manaphy...

Well, do you have anything vaguely valuable you'd be willing to trade for it? Most decent offers on the GTS are snatched up pretty quickly, so it's best to make the offer yourself.
