Depends on which mons they decide to make exclusive.
Going from RS exclusives Ruby for dat Mawile, and the "new world" aspect might indicate the world looks different in each version, and I don't want Sapphire with even more water version..

Probably not, it'll mostly be like Emerald with some twists like encounters and storyline, they didn't do it for HG/SS to crystal or FR/LG for yellow, we might be pleasantly surprised though
