They are getting made in the first place. R/S/E were the worse games by far, I don't even play romhacks of it because I literally struggle to make a good dual-typed team of six over the course of the game.

IF you don't pick Blaziken, the only other Gen III Fire types are Torkoal and Camerupt. Terrible, absolutely god-awful Pokemon design

Did you notice how XY had short ass routes and very few of them?
And there was practically no post-game stuff except the stupid Looker thing.
Gen 4 did post-game the best IMO.

Remakes are in the style of FR/LG, only gen 3 pokemon available, even those which can evolve will start the animation and then suddenly stop for no reason.

Plat/HGSS did postgame pretty well, same goes for the gen 4 PMD, T/D/S which also had a shitton of postgame.

I think that the R/S remakes will be the first Pokémon game I'll hold off on buying. Buying the game on launch date only to find out they pulled another X/Y will just be too much.

Yes, but they didn't have to cram 3D models into the flash cart and render several of them all at one time for a portable console. X/Y already had seriously huge slowdown issues and couldn't run 3D 90% of the time. R/S remakes *may* suffer from a memory shortage and have content cut as a result.

Not saying it's likely, but I know GF will screw something huge up, even if it's not cutting content it will be another Blaziken buff.

Memory shortage won't be a problem, the 3ds cartridges can hold up to 8GB and X/Y were only 2. Time is the main factor as this is coming out pretty early and also the fact that Gamefreak apparently suck at programming.

You mean Pokemon World Tournament, right? The Subway is just a Battle tower clone, not the whole thing. To an extent, PokeStar studios is the "fun" aspect of the Frontier, the one where battles are restrictive and the objective isnt always so clear.
