How did people forget this shit? Now that we have Mega stones it's the perfect time for a Hoenn remake specifically because Steven can help the stones bullshit their way into the plot ("look at these odd stones I found in a foreign land!").
Hell, if these are actually sequels then even better. But even if they're not sequels, the stones won't disrupt the original RSE storyline. Why would they? It'd just involve Wally getting his hands on a stone and using M-Waifu.
