Hoenn or Sinnoh. Hoenn is a nicer region but Sinnoh has more technology.

Hoenn because it's an awesome tropical island with some awesome locations (Fortree City comes to mind).

Johto because it seems so peaceful. And the art for Ecruteak that was released for HGSS makes that city in particular even better.
