Damn, you're right, only Cloyster has 100 acc STAB abusing Skill Link. 85 is still usable though, Bullet Seed has 100 acc and Rock Blast with its SE coverage had its accuracy improved. Cinccino is nice.

It's a ~41% chance to flinch. It's nice when it happens but that's half the accuracy of Stone Miss. It's just a bonus and really, you'd probably get more bang for your buck if you just banded Cinccino.

True, but a ferrothorn switch in has an advantage in those situations anyway.

It's worth doing anyway, but if you DO do it on a tail slap you're getting guaranteed ragequits.
