Pokemon-Amie will stay because it's nothing that needs a plot given machine/gear/item to be functional. Probably they will give new functions, depending the game.

But seriously, Rollerskates are fun and it's a shame they weren't great places to have fun with them. that skate park in XY felt too small in my opinion.
