Assuming singles, you just have to take advantage of the fact it shits on Deoxys-D, and with DeoSharp popular as ever it isn't that hard. It's almost always safe to lead with M-Heracross whenever you see Deoxys without Talonflame or Charizard.
As far as doubles go, watch out for Megazard Y, but you'll have a slightly easier time overall.
As far as your team goes, get something to put rocks up and keep them up if you're playing singles. You'll want something to help out M-Heracross's slowness either way, trick room, a fast/priority teammate, tailwind, and sticky web are all potentials, but I'd stay away from sticky web since all the users are mediocre bug types and you already have Heracross (or you cold use spore+sw smeargle but there are still of better options).
It'll still be strictly worse than running a Megazard in any format, but it would be usable.
