So with the hype of OR/AS coming out later this year, it is time to settle the dispute that /vp/ has been fussing over since its creation: What is the bets region?
All jokes aside, I thought it would be cool to have a tournament were participants choose a region and use Pokemon native to said region in order to decide which is the best.
The twist is, each region would have a team of 5 or so players that would battle other regions in order to accumulate points for their team. This way, people who don't necessarily like to battle can still hang out and support their team in the thread.
This idea is still at an early stage, so feel free to discuss/develop/criticize it. Would anyone be down for a team based tourney?
