BW2 goes on the same time as XY and in BW2 there is the PWT which has Juan as a Gym Leader and Wallace as a Champion

ORAS is the canon Hoenn games which means Steven will once again be a traveling Champion, Wallace will be the main Champion, and Juan will be the Sootopolis Gym Leader

Hell yeah, Wallace is the best stepping stone to the true final boss in any Pokemon game ever.

I would hope that Nintendo would learn that it's incredibly stupid to have a Water type 8th Gym Leader & a Water type Champion (who uses strictly Water types), else since there is another viable option in Steven who has a team of varying types, that fits in with theme of Champions since D/P/P introduced Cynthia.
