The entire point of WT is to send some your Pokémon and receive something that could be anything. Some times you're lucky, some times you're not.
They should put in an option that lets you WT an entire box though.
Just select the box and it will run all the trades automatically in the background while you can do something else and then gives you a message when it's done.
